Registration and verification

Opening an account at Galleon takes a few minutes. Fill in your email, password, country and preferred currency then confirm your email. Before your first withdrawal we verify your identity with a valid ID document, an address proof such as a recent utility bill and proof of your payment method. Our verification team clears requests within a few hours.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits credit instantly except for bank transfer. Withdrawals go through internal review within forty-eight hours and then reach your chosen method. Crypto is usually visible on your wallet straight away. Bank transfers land within eight hours, e-wallets within one hour. If you do not see a payout yet, check your email spam folder for our confirmation first.

Bonuses and campaign terms
